EULA - End User License Agreement

SHAREWARE LICENCE AGREEMENT FOR

IMPORTANT:
This Licence Agreement is a legal agreement between you (being
an individual, company or other organisation) and Hutson Systems
for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT identified above, which includes
computer software and any associated supporting documentation,
media, printed materials, and other intellectual property.

By downloading, installing, copying, accessing or otherwise using
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this
licence.

If you do not agree to the terms of this licence, do not install
or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and remove all files and other
components of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT from your computer system and
either destroy or return them.

Shareware Version
==================

You are licensed to use the shareware version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
for a limited period of not more than 31 days for evaluation purposes.
If you use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT after this period you must register
it and pay a fee as described in the separate document order.txt.

Unregistered use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT after expiration of the
31-day evaluation period is in violation of this agreement and
local and international copyright laws.

Distribution
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Unregistered
or Shareware Version you are licensed to:

1. Make as many copies of the shareware version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
and documentation as you wish, however you may not distribute part or
all of the product or it's components except as in 2.

2. Distribute the Shareware version of the software and documentation
in its unmodified form via any means PROVIDED all the original files
are supplied together with the set-up program and that no charge is
made for any of the above.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
(commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.

Registered Version
==================

One registered copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may either be used by a
single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
or installed on a single workstation used non simultaneously by
multiple people, but not both.

You may access the registered version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT through
a network, provided that you have obtained individual licences for
the software covering all workstations that will access the software
through the network.

You may not distribute the registered copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or
any of it's components or supporting documentation in any way, other
than as described above through a local area network with sufficient
licences to cover all work stations.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS"
AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

DAMAGES DISCLAIMER
HUTSON SYSTEMS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFIT,
DATA OR OTHER LOSSES INCURRED THROUGH THE USE OR THE INABILITY
TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, OR THROUGH THE USE OF EQUIPMENT
ENGINEERED USING THIS SOFTWARE.

Other Conditions
You may not:

* Modify, Reverse-engineer, disassemble, de-compile, or make any
attempt to discover the source code of the Software Product.

* Sub-licence, rent, or lease any portion of the Software Product.

HUTSON SYSTEMS SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITS THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE
PRODUCT TO ENGINEER WEAPONRY, ARMAMENTS OR MACHINERY OF WAR
OR MASS DESTRUCTION, OR TO ENGINEER EQUIPMENT WHICH WILL BE
USED IN THE PRODUCTION OF WEAPONRY OR ARMAMENTS.
